Bedford Chamber of Commerce

The Bedford Chamber of Commerce will begin its “Welcome to Bedford” Homeowners Program and “Welcome to Bedford” Business Program in the upcoming months  Both programs are designed to increase awareness of the Chamber of Commerce and more importantly provide Chamber members with a low-cost, highly visible method of marketing their business.  Annual cost to participate in each program is $50; participate in both for $75. 

New Homeowner Program

• Our tote bags will be personally delivered to new homeowners by Bedford realtors at closings. This ensures that your gift item and business flier/card will catch potential clients’ eyes at a key time – when they are looking to make their new home their own.  This is an ideal, cost-effective advertising method for restaurant owners, painters, electricians, landscapers, plumbers, interior designers, retail and all home improvement contractors, as well as all personal services.
• Approximately 75 new homes are sold each year in Bedford

New Business Program

• Our tote bag will be personally delivered to new business owners and all their employees as well as new retail by Bedford Chamber Board of Directors. This ensures that your gift item and business flier/card will catch potential clients’ eyes at a key time – when they are looking to make critical business planning decisions.  This is an ideal, cost-effective advertising method for commercial caterers, cleaners, office supply vendors, web designers, printing companies, and all commercial contractors, as well as personal services for new empoyees.

Suggested Promotional Items

• Cup, mug, potholder, towel, lunch bag, tape measure, magnet, pen, key chain, ruler or other tangible gift item
• Flier, menu, certificate, discount coupon
• Items will be placed in an attractive “Bedford Chamber of Commerce” canvas tote bag.

I agree to the following program guidelines:

• I will provide 100 promotional pieces to the Chamber to be placed in the gift bags.
• I understand that if my promotional pieces are not provided in a timely fashion and therefore not included in some gift bags, no portion of my participation fee will be refunded.
• My participation is limited to one year with an option to renew at the end of that year.
• I will provide only promotional materials from my Chamber member business.
• My participation does not limit participation by any other Chamber member in a similar business.
• I agree to pay $50/$75 annually to include my promotional item in the Gift Bag and understand that the costs of my promotional item are not included in this amount.
